I hold a BS in Computer Science and I'm IBM-certified across Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning. But certifications only mean something when they turn into things that actually work, so that's what I've spent the past year focused on: building real, deployed AI systems for real businesses, not just tutorials or proof-of-concepts that never leave a notebook.
That work has spanned autonomous conversational agents that qualify leads and book appointments on their own, retrieval-augmented systems that answer questions accurately from private data instead of hallucinating, and multi-agent workflows that break down complex tasks and execute them step by step.
